Fees and Refund Policy

  • Refund Policy: We offer a 10-day refund policy. If you are not satisfied with the Service, you may request a refund within 10 days of your purchase. After 10 days, refunds are not available. You may cancel your account at any time, and you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing cycle.

Logo Revisions for Animations

Each Business or Enterprise account is entitled to one complimentary logo revision if you are not satisfied with the initial result produced by our designers. Additional revisions or requests to animate a different logo will incur a fee of $100 per service.

Account Deletion

If you cancel your plan, your account will be removed, and your signatures will no longer be usable in your email. Clicky Signature reserves the right to delete or deactivate accounts that have been inactive for 12 months or more.

Subscription Cancellation

If you decide to cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period, you are responsible for paying the remaining balance of your subscription. Once the remaining amount is settled, your plan will be officially canceled, and you will not be charged in the next billing cycle.

Intellectual Property

Clicky Signature retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service and its content, including but not limited to trademarks, logos, and patents.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Clicky Signature disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability

Clicky Signature shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Clicky Signature, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Service Description

Clicky Signature is an email signature service that allows users to create, customize, and manage their email signatures, including interactive features like links and images. We intend to provide the Service for as long as possible. In the event that Clicky Signature ceases operations, we are not liable to users for any disruption. Users will receive a 30-day notice to make necessary arrangements to transfer their signatures to another platform.

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
